As you know, our market access providing Ofgem electricity and gas licensed partner UK Energy Incubator Hub Ltd went into SOLR on the 9th of July 2022 unexpectedly. As a consequence, Ofgem appointed Octopus Energy to assure uninterupted energy supply throughout the process. The former market access partner UK Energy Incubator Hub Ltd went into administration shortly thereafter as well.

Neo Energy Limited has not ceased trading and is not part of any insolvency procedures what so ever! Any information published by third parties websites or even Ofgem themselves is not correct and does not reflect the reality. Furthermore Neo Energy as a brand has never been a white label brand of the UK Energy Incubator Hub Ltd but was (and is) a licensed trademark, owned by a different entity. Neo Energy Limited was and is a company of its own right. If you recently have received any different information communicated about our company state of play or your previous contract with us, we kindly ask all our customers to forward this information as soon as possible to us (to email@example.com) so that we can follow up on that matter with the originators of those false information provided.
Nevertheless Neo Energy Ltd has ceased serving domestic customers with gas and electricity via its market access partner UK Energy Incubator Hub following the SOLR of our access partner. Therefore, your contract with Neo Energy Ltd came to a mandatory end at that point in time. You will shortly receive your customer lifetime reconciled bill. Please provide us with your meter readings to prevent us from issuing you an estimated bill. Please be aware we will only bill you for the energy you have consumed whilst being contracted with Neo Energy Ltd prior to the SOLR of our access partner. We will not bill you for energy consumed passed the date of the SOLR of our access partner.
It goes without saying that for those customers who are in debt with us we will find a solution together. You than do not need to worry as we do not work with credit rating agencies nor collection agencies currently.
All your funds that have been paid into your account with us are protected, where they are in credit.
Unfortunately we are currently not able to onboard any new customers for the time being.
